Kathi is detailed oriented and an incredibly hard worker. Students absolutely adore her! She is a listening ear, a mentor, and a shining example of always putting students first. She is amazing!
Kathi inspires others in many ways. She is one of the most kind, patient, grace filled and service oriented people we know. Kathi is able to develop positive relationships almost immediately upon meeting someone (students, parents, and staff). Not only does Kathi develop positive relationships almost immediately, but she is very skilled in doing whatever it takes to help children succeed in school and life. She understands the needs of the "whole" child (social, emotional, behavioral, and academic). She has a never ending array of strategies and interventions that she can pull upon to address these needs.
Kathi is truly the most pure and kind human I know. She leads through compassion and care. Kathi's ability to reach students and staff astounds her colleagues. She is adored by her community and loved for her passion for humanity.
