Mr. Rausch has proved to be a positive influence on our DDSEC building culture. He is a solid coworker who has a positive outlook, and we can always count on him to help whenever or wherever needed. He is constantly supporting all students, all staff, and making our building and community better and more positive. He sees the good in everyone, inspires others to be better, and gives the best motivational and pep talks ever! Students really focus and listen when he is communicating with them.
Mr. Rausch's collaboration and work with the Student Government members speaks volumes on how much pride he takes in DDSEC. He has done so much work with the sustainability program for DDSEC and helping the kids see that their actions can have a large impact on the world around him. He helps students see life opportunities and hardships from many angles, allowing them to take ownership of their actions and build proactive strategies to help better themselves. Ross is always willing to help staff see the bigger picture when we are working with students and not get lost in the emotional side of things. He goes above and beyond to support his students, and frequently helps out with other students, when needed. Mr. Rausch communicates well and builds relationships with students and staff. Ross has shown to be a leader in this building and someone that the students really focus in when he is communicating to them. We are lucky to have Mr. Rausch as a member of our community.
