Each year, Spark hires several different positions for summer camp. Typically, hiring begins in January, with employment starting in mid-May. Learn about our various positions below and check back in January to apply.

Site Supervisor
Manage daily program operations, including site paperwork, serve as a point of contact for vendors and parents, work with staff to develop and implement exciting curriculum and lesson plans, and ensure a safe and welcoming learning environment for all students.

Camp Teacher
Work with children to explore, wonder, and learn about science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in age-appropriate activities and lessons. Work to ensure children are engaged in activities and having fun while providing appropriate discipline and a safe/clean learning environment.

Assistant Camp Teacher
Work behind the scenes at camp to organize and prepare supplies and resources, assist with breakfast, lunch and snacks, work with students needing a bit of extra help, and work to keep camp running smoothly. A truly critical member of the staff!

Camp Crew is for students who have completed 6th – 8th grade. Camp Crew students will learn alongside elementary students while sharing their STEAM knowledge, helping teachers, and providing an extra set of hands. To participate in Camp Crew, middle school students must complete an online application. Visit our Camp Crew page to learn more.
